PRO SOCCER EUROPE CAMP WAIVER AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT

WAIVER AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Acknowledgment of Risks
I/We acknowledge that our child is physically fit and mentally capable of participating in soccer camp activities. We understand that soccer training and games involve inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions, falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions (such as heat or humidity), and field or facility conditions. I/We voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability
I/We release Pro Soccer Europe, including its officers, directors, employees, coaches, and agents, from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in the camp, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether or not resulting from negligence.
No refunds will be issued for injuries occurring during camp participation.

Waiver of Claims
I/We certify that I/We am/are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the participant and hereby waive any and all claims against Pro Soccer Europe arising from or related to participation in the camp.

Indemnification
I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Soccer Europe, its officers, directors, employees, coaches, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to participation in the camp, including personal injury or property damage.


MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I/We authorize Pro Soccer Europe staff to seek appropriate medical attention for the participant in the event of an accident, injury, or illness, and consent to medical treatment deemed necessary.
I/We accept full financial responsibility for any medical costs incurred and understand that we are encouraged to maintain personal or travel insurance for such circumstances.
Emergency contact information must be provided at registration and will be used if the parent or guardian cannot be reached.


PARTICIPANT CODE OF CONDUCT

Expected Behavior

  • Follow all instructions from coaches and staff.
  • Show respect toward teammates, coaches, and local communities.
  • Refrain from any unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.

Consequences
Violations may result in:

  • Immediate removal from camp,
  • Notification of parents/guardians, and
  • Forfeiture of camp fees.

MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

By registering, I/We grant Pro Soccer Europe permission to photograph and record the participant during camp activities. Photos and videos may be used for promotional or educational purposes in print or digital media.
If you prefer your child not to appear in promotional materials, please notify us in writing before camp begins.


FORCE MAJEURE

Pro Soccer Europe is not liable for cancellations or schedule changes resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.


ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

The camp is open to players aged 7–17.
All participants must be registered in advance and have a signed waiver before participating in any activities.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellations by Participants

  • More than 30 days before camp: Refund minus $75 administrative fee.
  • 15–30 days before camp: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before camp: No refund.
  • No-shows or early departures: No refunds or credits.

2. Injury or Illness
If a participant cannot attend due to a verified injury or illness, a credit (not refund) may be issued toward a future camp or trip if:

  • A doctor’s note is provided at least 48 hours before camp start.

3. Organizer Cancellations
If the camp is canceled due to low enrollment, facility issues, or coach travel restrictions, participants may choose between a full refund or transfer to another camp.

4. Weather
Camps run in most weather conditions. Sessions may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified for safety. Refunds are not issued for weather interruptions.

5. Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another player or date (within the same calendar year) if requested at least 14 days prior to camp start, subject to approval.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering, I/We confirm that we have read and understood this agreement, and voluntarily accept its terms.
