Refund Policy for the December 29th Clinic

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your registration.

Cancellations made on or before November 15, 2025:
You will receive an 80% refund of the total amount paid. The remaining 20% covers administrative and processing fees.
Cancellations made after November 15, 2025:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-shows:
Participants who do not attend the clinic without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
Transfer of registration:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the event.
