Guillermo Rocafort
Program Director & Head Coach
With over 20 years of experience in professional soccer coaching, Guillermo Rocafort leads our program with vision, discipline, and passion. He has managed and developed players in top European academies, including stints in Spain and France, and has worked with the Real Madrid Foundation and the Getafe U19 professional team.
As Sporting Director of a major club in Madrid with over 700 players, Guillermo combines a deep understanding of player development with strong organizational leadership.
Known for his strategic mindset and player-centric approach, he has successfully guided young talents to professional careers. His leadership ensures our program delivers excellence both on and off the field.

Álvaro Corredor
Senior Coach
Álvaro combines over a decade of coaching experience across Spain and Finland, having worked with youth and senior teams in clubs such as EBK, GrIFK and Ekenäs IF (EIF). Since 2021, he has been part of EIF’s coaching structure, including the women’s first team and the men’s reserve side (EIF Akademi).
Holding a UEFA C licence and degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning (PhD), he brings a strong analytical and educational approach to football — focusing on tactical understanding, player development and communication across multicultural teams.

Daniel Rocafort
Assistant Coach
Dynamic, driven, and innovative, Daniel represents the new generation of soccer coaches. With two years of professional experience and a background in sports science, he combines analytical training methods with a modern understanding of the game. Dani’s energy and forward-thinking mindset inspire players to push their limits and embrace continuous improvement.

Fran Fuentes
Youth Development Coach
FFran has spent his whole life playing football, and for the past four years he has also been coaching teams with children of all ages. His journey in the sport has given him a deep understanding of the game, which he now applies to help young players learn, grow, and enjoy football to the fullest. Through his work with various youth teams, Fran has developed a strong ability to adapt his training methods to different age groups and skill levels, always focusing on creating a positive and motivating environment. Known for his patience, enthusiasm, and clear communication, he strives to instill in his players not only technical and tactical knowledge but also values such as teamwork, discipline, and respect—key foundations for their future both on and off the pitch.
The young participants have significantly improved thanks to specialized training and personalized attention.
